Phonograms
Welcome to the Phonograms learning site!
Listen and explore the oldest recordings in the SKS archive’s audio collection and their recorders. The material includes recordings from the years 1904–1956, from the Siberian Nenets’ regions to the northern Sami areas.
“Tietävä” is Finnish and means “knowledgeable” or “informed”. Tietävä contains several learning sites. “Phonograms” is the first module which is also available in English.
